Marjorie is an executive coach, keynote speaker, author, and the founder of Relentless Pursuit, a movement built to help leaders and entrepreneurs pursue who they were created to become.
Over two decades she's coached more than 23,000 professionals, delivered 700+ hours of speaking and training, and spent 7,000+ hours one on one with executives and business owners. She was named Coach of the Year in 2023.
She hosts the Relentless Pursuit with Marjorie Dudley podcast and wrote Lead Yourself First, along with the children's books The Best Me I Can Be and A Little Bit Better Every Day. She lives in Fort Myers with her family.
She won't hand you someone else's answers. She'll help you find your own.

Vanessa is a community builder and connector at heart. She's spent years bringing Southwest Florida founders together, and she's the reason the rooms feel welcoming instead of transactional. She looks after the people side of the day: who's in the room, who you should meet, and making sure nobody sits on the sidelines.
